Originally from Mississippi, I recently returned from Alaska to be closer to my family and aging parents. I bring a holistic, open mind view to my practice with extensive international experience in home health from Guatemala, Uganda, Congo, and Kenya; being the lead therapist with Spanish-speaking immigrant families in Northwest Arkansas; working in inpatient rehab settings for stroke, spinal injuries, and orthopedics; implementing early mobility programs in ICU settings; developing pre optimization programs in preparation for hip/knee replacement and GI/weight loss surgical interventions; and building my own private practice focusing on women’s health due to my own personal experiences.
Since 2016, I've specialized in functional performance and lifestyle management. Utilizing my background and experience, I empower individuals- in all stages of life-to create individualized plans addressing hormone regulation, weight management, pelvic health routines, and pain management, helping them achieve sustainable, fulfilling lifestyles.
